• Beyond the Basics A resume is just the beginning. We require a detailed application that reveals more than prior experience—it helps us understand the heart and motivation of the applicant. We want to know why they want to work with us and what kind of character they bring to the role. Only after careful review do we proceed to the next phase.

 

• Multiple Interview Stages The first interview is designed to validate and cross-reference the application details. From there, candidates go through a series of in-depth interviews with multiple team members. We assess experience, communication skills, demeanor, and compatibility with our clients to ensure a meaningful match.

 

• Reference Verification We go far beyond simply verifying employment history. We speak directly with former employers and coworkers to gain insight into both professional conduct and personal character. We require a minimum of three professional (industry-specific) and three personal references before continuing.

 

• Prioritizing Protection To protect your loved one from potential risks such as elder abuse, neglect, fraud, or theft, we take extensive safety measures. These include:

• Verifying identity through the Department of Transportation and the Social Security Administration

• Running background and fingerprint checks through both the FBI and Department of Justice

• Reviewing driving records and checking sex offender registries

• Conducting drug testing for illegal substances
